Everything was exactly as pictured! Very clean! The bed was extremely comfortable! The Host responded immediately if We had any questions or concerns! This was everything that was needed for us to relax, reconnect and look forward for Our next visit! Fingers crossed same time next year!

We loved the private pool and beautiful sunsets at the beach. I took my mom who has terminal brain cancer. She loved it. The house was wonderful. I couldn't be more grateful for the memories I will always cherish.

Awesome spring break!

The house was perfect for our family with 4 kids ages 10-3. The kids loved the pool and outdoor tv. We loved the big kitchen and spacious family area. The beach chairs and toys were such an added bonus!! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Easter Break

We had a wonderful time. So close to the beach and had everything that we needed for comfort and keep kids busy. House was perfect for two 8 year olds and an Easter egg hunt. Thank you for everything !

Perfect vacation home and location

We loved staying at your property......the location was perfect! The home was perfect for our stay and my grandkids loved the pool and hot tub! We lacked nothing (except good weather!). If we had a problem, the management company was quick to act. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great stay at this property. The house is very spacious and clean. The pool is very nice and outdoor space is great. Communication with the property manager is very easy and they always answered the phone quickly if we had any questions. We will be back I’m sure!

Location location location

This is exactly what we were looking for in terms of proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was within biking distance. I would recommend stopping at one of the larger Publix supermarkets before you get to the island. The one on Anna Maria is small and super crowded on changeover days. The house is as the pictures show. I agree with previous reviews that the showers and tubs could be updated to match the rest of the esthetics of the house. The pool is fantastic to come back to after a hot day at the beach. Management was easy to deal with and always had prompt responses. We needed them to come fix a couple things and they were there within an hour or so. I would definitely come back to Anna Maria and this house again!

Great Location

This house is in a great location. The beach was a quick walk away. We had a few issues at first which were promptly taken care of. The pool is beautiful and was a big hit with the kids. A few things that would help this property be even better are new baking sheets, pots, and pans.The house was very limited on cooking supplies.The master shower is in need of a renovation.

Alhoa Fern was very comfortable for our group. Everyone enjoyed our stay. We would definitely house.

Perfect location

We loved this house for our family. The beach was quick walk away and the pool was so nice to come home to or hang out in the heat of the day. Kitchen was well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great location

Love staying on the north end of AMI. The pool at Aloha Fern is a real plus with kids. The beach gear was helpful, especially the tent, which was easy to pop up. Plenty of room in the house for our family of 4. If you like to cook, this kitchen was lacking basic tools. The pans, pots and baking dishes are ready to be replaced. The washer and dryer are very old. It takes 2 cycles to dry a normal size load of clothing and at least 3 cycles to dry towels. Also, construction was happening on both sides of this house. It will be even better when those projects finish. We had a very good stay.

Relaxing Winter Getaway

We really enjoyed this house, its location, and its amenities. It is a very short (maybe 2 blocks) walk to the beach for spectacular sunsets in the evening or lounging during the day. The heated pool and spa were used by us almost daily. We enjoyed the lanai and grilled out then played games. The 2 bikes and beach accessories were also lovely to have. There is construction but it was never constant nor did it disrupt us in any way. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, and plastic containers for storing leftovers. My only comment is that it would have been nice to have had some non-perishable cooking supplies. Such as salt/pepper, other spices, olive oil, cooking spray, coffee/filters, etc. (I did buy and leave some). We walked, swam, biked, and relaxed daily. The shops were a short walk or bike ride but a lot closed early afternoon. Both piers are a short walk and we utilized the free trolly to go to Manatee beach and Bradenton beach. Communication with AMI rentals was great. I would definitely recommend this place and if we go back to AMI I would book here again.

It was our fourth time in Anna Maria island

I love to have vacation at this part of Florida. Everything was perfect. Location, clean house, pool and spa. Beach chairs, two bicycles was included, so we used them to see places at the island. Some things we did not liked, it was constraction all around this house, and it was started everyday at 7 am. We had 2 children and this thing was woke up all of us. So when we boked this house, nobody told us to be ready for this. But it is not kind of complaint, because of what we will never visit this place again. I love this island and will buy my own house there one day. Another thing was double bunk bed in third bedroom, we sleeped there two adults with our children and it was not easy. Probably needed one more queen or king bed. And the last thing, I did not liked most, and I saw this first time visiting Anna Maria, it was temperature of hot tub in the evening. During our stay, the pool and hot tub were heating same temperature of 85F max. I did not want to heat pool more, but every time and everywhere I was visiting, the hot tub was operating the temperature whatever we needed. Exactly hot tub. In this case when I called the office and asked how to heat it in the evenings, they said 85F is max for this period and we must pay 100$ more if we need more warm. It is something new for me, but it is also some lesson, to ask questions like this, before booking. When you have cold evening, hot tub is the best thing to relax. But here we had cold tub. But is ok. Experience cost money :) 😃 Anyway... the house is beautiful and I recommend it.
