Hotel très calme, reposant et charmant dans un cadre atypique. Très bon service, acceuillant. Seul point négatif : le petit déjeuner manque de choix pour un 4 étoiles.

Not really nice hotel
Air conditioner didn't work; there were cockroachs in the bathroom !!! The bed sheets have been changed only twice in 10 days. The breakfast was not good and everyday the same foods. The pools were small for all guests. For few days, this hotel would be nice but for a long time it is not adapted.

Belle situation, propre,bon rapport qualité/prix
nous avions réservé deux chambres pour nous et les enfants. Les enfants n ont pas pu venir, l hôtelier n a pas voulu en restitution des clés nous offrir ne serait ce que le petit déjeuner . les chambres ne sont pas dans l hôtel meme, dommage car il est tres beau avec piscine centrale . ils ont rachetés des maisons anciennes qu ils ont divisés en plusieurs chambres. Très moderne type novotel + par contre les chambres sont tres spacieuses. Le lit est trop dur , pas confortable . Clim . chambres+ salon séparé par une porte . SDB minuscule . TRÉS PROPRE . La vue donne sur des immeubles anciens en construction. L hôtel se trouve dans la vieille ville , le soir vous êtes au coeur d'Antalya avec des bars , des restaurants, des boutiques et à côté de la Marina 5 minutes à pieds. Le personnel parle tres mal l'anglais

Très bel hotel typique,nous étions surclassé dans une annexe de l hotel une très belle chambre spacieuse en pierre apparante mais les seuls hic étaient le bruit très mauvaise assonorisation , la vmc dans la sdb bruillante et jacuzzi non fonctionnel , sinon bonne organisation de l hotel et très bon emplacement merci à habdulah et cheref pour leur gentillesse!

Bien que impression generale, au premier coup d'oeil, soit pas si mal, c'est au niveau de la chambre que ça se gâte : planchers sales et tachés, literie défraichie et tachée, tablettes de verres dans chambre et salle de bain pleine de cernes. Ventilateur extraction sdb encrassé. Eclairage insuffisant dans la chambre. Décevant.

Emplacement idéal pour un hotel de charme.
Une bonne impression globale mais il y a un manque de lumière électrique dans les chambres et d'eau chaude (ça dépend des heures !) mais c'est très propre. Egalement,la salle du restaurant est très mal chauffée en hiver avec obligation de garder le manteau à table et il n'y a pas d'ascensseur pour accéder aux chambres. Sinon,l'hotel est très bien situé dans la vieille ville à proximité des bus,tramway et taxis.

l'endroit est agréable , très belle rénovation , mais attention aux bruits , certaines chambres donnent directement sur le patio du petit déjeuner qui est très bruyant , plutôt choisir l'annexe de l'hotel qui est plus calme , mais pas les chambres du r.de c. qui sont sombres .personnel efficace , rapport qualité prix très correcte .

Hôtel de très grand charme dans une ancienne maison ottomane, très bien mise en valeur et comportant tout le confort. Personnel charmant. Pas très facile d'accès quand on est en voiture... et dommage que le bar-restaurant diffuse de la musique disco un peu fort.

Hôtel Alp Pasa Antalya
Surprise à notre arrivée quand nous avons compris que l'hôtel n'avait bloqué qu'une chambre pour nous au lieu des 2 réservées! L'accueil était en ébullition. Résultat: Nous avons attéri dans une annexe de l'hôtel à quelques rues, dans des maisons de ville indépendantes, entièrement rénovées et luxueuses: piscine privée, cuisine et salon au RdC et chambres sur 2 étages. Petit bémol: nous devions chaque matin rejoindre le patio de l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner où tous les clients de l'hôtel se retrouvaient dans un espace trop petit pour tous. Résultat : la cohue. Dommage car cet hôtel mérite vraiment le détour. L'hôtel est dans la superbe vieille ville.

après avoir réservé une chambre de luxe avec jacuzzi privé, on m'a donné une chambre standard, dans une annexe; la chambre était jolie, mais les stores en bois fermaient mal, et la lumière m'a réveillée le matin; j'avais choisi une chambre avec lit à baldaquin avec jacuzzi; on m'a proposé ensuite une chambre très laide et petite, et le jacuzi en question est une baignoire d'angle avec quelques buses; j'ai donc préféré la chambre proposée en premier; le ménage n'était jamais fait avant 15h et comme j'occupais la chambre pour me reposer, elle n'a pas été faite deux jours sur 4; les serveurs au bar et au restaurant sont d'un manque d'amabilité assez extraordinaire; le repas en buffet avec un choix très limité de plats( deux de viande max), était très médiocre; en plus Antalaya est un endroit très décevant, très chaud, pas agréable.

Magnifique hôtel!
L'hôtel est bien situé dans la vieille ville. Le bâtiment est magnifiquement rénové et les chambres sont superbes. Le ptit déj est varié et copieux (mention spéciale aux pancakes !)

"j'y retournerais jamais"
de l'exterrieur l'hotel est beau mais dès l'entré vous etes choquer par la diension de la piscine 2m de large et 3m de long avec 8 transate autour toujours plein. il ya des escalier partout, les chambres sont petites, le jaccusi qui était dansnotre chambre ne fonctionnais pas. le ménage étais tres mal fait.en faite on avait du sable dans la salle de bain apres une journé a la mer, on la laisser pour tester le ménage. c'est rester 3 jours.on étais obliger de les appeller pour qui vienne passer l'aspi. la terrasse promis est en faite une terrase partager avec 2 autres chambres.le patron, les responsables ne souris jamais et disent bonjour quand sa les prends. par contre les serveurs sont tres sympatiques et toujours souriant. la plage est a 10 min mais pour la rejoindre il ne faut pas etre fatigué c'est en pente et elle est payante (4 euro par pers). le personnel ne parle pas le français.hotel trop petit et rne convient vraiment pas au enfant.

Eleman eksikliğinden dolayı kahvaltıda vasattı. Geçen sene Aralık ayında da gelmiş ve memnun kalmıştık. Otelde tadilat varmış tadilat olduğu halde otel açık ama hizmette aksama var oda sıcaklığı olsun sıcak su olsun televizyonun çalışmaması olsun gibi SORUNLAR yaşadık ayrıca kahvaltıda daha önce deneyimlediğimiz kahvaltı gibi değil eksikler mevcut. Geçen sene Aralık ayında da gelmiştik otel hizmetinde sorunla karşılaşmamıştık. 20 yıldır geldiğimiz bir tesis bu seyehatte bizde hayal kırıklığı oldu.

The cushion had to be exchanged since it smelled bad. The bath room was old and around the toilet the floor was all the time wet, also around the shower/bathtub after taking a shower.
