„..eher anstrengend, da es sehr laut war und ein extremer Chlorgeruch den "Zimmerduft" beherrschte..Aufgrund der guenstigen Lage immer versuchen, in der oberen Etage ein Zimmer zu bekommen..fuer den Preis gibt es bessere Hotels mit mehr Komfort (agua pura im Zimmer) in Antigua“

„Everything about the hostal and the rooms is perfect. Make sure you get the access code from the property before arriving, as there is no recepción and there is no sign from the street to tell you it is a hostal.“

„Hotel La Casa de Don Moncho is a beautiful colonial home refurbished as a guest boutique hotel. Very peaceful and most comfortable. The rooftop terrace has an awesome view of the volcano outside Antigua. It’s a few minutes from the center of Antigua which gave me an opportunity to know more of Antigua. Emmanuel, the manager, is very helpful and welcoming. Staying here only added to my experience.“

„We arrived on the day of our booking and the manager of the hotel told us that they don't work with Expedia. I had a text and email confirmation of our booking and he told us that does not matter. He told us his hostel was completely full and did not care to help us at all. They also advertise as having free parking, and when we arrived he told us the hostel does not provide parking. Very bad customer service, completely unorganized and not helpful.“
