« This was our second stay at the Trout Stream Lodge and we are already planning for next year! We love it! The location is perfect, the house is a great size to accommodate large families and we love the river running right in the backyard! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. JoyceAnn and Rodney are very attentive and the minor issues that we encountered, they took care of them immediately. You won’t regret staying here. Many memories were made and we can’t wait to come back to make more!...

« Husband and I were looking for a waterfront scenic, comfortable place to stay for a little relaxation. This was exactly what we got at Robert and Tina’s house! Quiet neighborhood, sound of flowing water we could hear from the deck with morning coffee, comfortable bed in the master bedroom, most completely stocked kitchen I’ve ever been in for a rental! House is beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable, with an eye for maximizing the view of the river. We had a little trouble with the garage...

« It was the perfect distance to get into Pagosa Springs, 10 minutes from where our friends were camping and on the way to Wolf Creek and beyond for fishing, riding trails, anything we wanted to do. Home was clean and had the most stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen! We would certainly stay again when back in the area! »

« The cabin had lots of room and looked bigger than the pictures showed. It was equipped with everything we needed. I was amazed at how many towels were available so we didn't have to worry about running out. The kitchen had more pots, pans, utensils, dishes and everything you would need to cook with. We ran out of trash bags and had to go buy some. The reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is because the front porch needed cleaning to include the benches with cushions. They were really dirty....

« This property was perfect for a getaway to Pagosa Springs. There were more kitchen and entertainment items than I could keep up with! The decor was so cute and owner, Chris, was very helpful. The view is somewhat obstructed from trees but we still enjoyed hanging out on the balcony right next to the river. Very much recommended! »
