The space includes a queen bed, a futon for an additional guest if needed, a full bathroom, WiFi, TV, and a functional kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, sink, and basic cooking essentialsFresh linens, towels, and cleaning supplies are provided; however, personal toiletries are not included.

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00am; if you need different accommodations, please contact the host.

Please return both keys to the designated drop-off location by the door.

No smoking inside, including e-cigarettes. If cigarettes, marijuana, incense or any substances are smoked or burned in the apartment, there will be a fine of $300 or more.

Just a reminder, bath towels are not cleaning towels; we’ve provided cleaning supplies in the room, and more are available upon request.

For your convenience, trash bins are located near the front and back of the property if you need to dispose of anything during your stay.
