« The condo itself was in very good condition. It was tastefully decorated and updated. The view from the living room and kitchen were excellent and close proximity to the beach.The price for the condo was reasonable. It was the cleaning fees for one night or a bit excessive.I think it should be noted that the elevator is no longer work. This was not a problem for us.We would stay there again and we do recommend it »

« We absolutely love the location. The condo had good amenities. Our only complaint is the bed. Im sure at some point it was a good mattress, however it is no longer providing the comfort necessary for a restful nights sleep. I really don’t like leaving negative feedback because I can usually make the best of most situations. But the quality was so poor we lost sleep all three nights. Other than that it is a perfect and beautiful location, and a great condo!! »

« My family and I have stayed at several VBRO listings, and by far this place was outfitted the best. If we thought of something that we needed and didn’t have, we were able to find it inside this beautiful rental. This home was steps away from an uncrowded beach and with kids it was super easy to simply walk back to the residence if you needed something. I would stay here again in a heartbeat five stars to this homeowner. »

« Clean, cute, room! Perfect in every way I needed it! Location to beach was my favorite part. It made me feel more like a local than a tourist passing through! I was also able to travel up and down the coast in reasonable time. I would def stay here again! Shops and cafes close by as well as a little grocery store. Everyone was so kind! »

« I sent a message to the host about my experience and he didn’t respond after asking me to give him a 5 star review. I can’t do that. I explained the issues with cleaning up the dirty entrance of the room. First impression was not good. The rest of the room was extremely clean. The refrigerator although adorable, had a problem with the handle falling off. The location and area are fabulous. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the brand name toiletries I even asked for a reservation for...

« I’m a stickler for cleanliness. This cottage was immaculate! I’m talking no old debris in the corners, walls were clean and a super clean bathroom. This was way more than we expected in a beach town. No sand to be found in the cottage. Amenities were all we needed. Thank you for the coffee and brewer! »

« The property is in a great location. Was clean and well stocked. The unit was very quiet. McMenamins Gearhart is just a short walk as is beach access. We accidentally left a shirt behind. We are still waiting on it to be shipped to us. »
