„I want to start by saying that i have given ample time for the owner to get back with me about partial refund for my stay. The listing atates that it is a 3 br 1 bath home this is inaccurate. It is a 2 br 1.5 bath duplex.When we arived the water smelled horrible. It was a very strong sulfer smell like rotten eggs. I contacted her right away.this took 5 days to fix. „The water did not work for the majority of the time. It was fixed once on the first day which resulted in muddy/ dirty water but that was short lived as the water promptly went out within the next day and a half.
