No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
One small dog is permitted, provided the pet is disclosed ahead of time and the applicable pet fee is paid. Please keep your dog leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.

Heating & Air Conditioning
The home has central heating. Air conditioning is provided by window units only.

Grill Utensils
Please note that grill utensils (including tongs and prongs) are not provided.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
