« We booked this property because of the space and amenities within it, thinking that it would be a good home base to go to Killarney and Dingle and the surrounding areas. What we didn't know is that the little town of Castlemaine has a fun life of it's very own and if you go to Griffin's (a 1-2 minute walk!) for dinner and move to the bar for drinks afterwards, you will have a fantastic time! « Great location for Killarney National Park. We stayed 5 days and walked Gap of Dunloe then boated across, Ring of Kerry with boat trip to Skelligs, day trip to Blarney castle and Cobh , Dingle and Slea Head and golfing at Beaufort golf course. Very well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with ensuites have showers with bath shower combo in main bath. Great for two couples or family. You do need a car. Host was great and offered suggestions that helped make our stay special. »

« Had a great stay, the home is a nicely restored farmhouse and had everything we needed. The showers were great and the beds were comfy. We did make a few meals while we were there and the kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet location it was nice listening to cows mooing instead of cars beeping. Daly’s Riverside pub just down the road was a great bonus . Tralee was close for shopping. « There were 6 adults from Canada and we had a wonderful stay at Roisin and Larry's home. It is a very impressive home and they had a well stocked pantry for us to enjoy. There were lots of things over and above what was required but they were really appreciated by us. The check in and out process was great. « Beautifully located »

« The location is beautiful and feels set apart despite being so close to services and the incredible drives and towns on the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Everything would be 5 stars except there was a little musty smell, likely coming from the carpets and perhaps older furnishings in LR. It was wonderful to have 2 lovely bathrooms, a very comfortable king bed, laundry, and a sparkling kitchen. We did have problems communicating with the host, despite international roaming -- but that's not...

« This place was excellent for our Ireland Golf trip. We had 8 golfers which included two of my son’s and two wives joined us for a total group of 10. The home was well situated for our drives to some of Ireland’s premier golf courses and our day trip to Killarney. The house is much larger than it appears in the photos particularly the two upstairs king en suite bedrooms. Sean was easy to communicate with and made the process easy. Much appreciated. John »

« We loved it here! We could see the ocean from our windows. The cabin was very spacious with ensuites in both bedrooms. The kitchen/living room was well laid out, with a washing machine included. We were able to walk to the ocean front and enjoy a walk along the beach »

« What a great heritage property to stay in. View of the ocean inlet and path to walk. Peat (turf) to burn in the fireplace. We would stay there again when in the area. »

« Perfect location in the Town of Tralee. You can't get any closer to all the action! Parking was no problem at all as the street parking is very inexpensive and easy to navigate. Mary was very responsive to our needs and checked in on us which was greatly appreciated. »
