Friendly staff, very easy check in, and a comfy bed that was much needed after a long drive. And finally, fresh made waffles at breakfast is always a win.

There were many reviews saying it was dirty and stinky. I didn’t find that at all. It had a clean smell and they allowed us to check the room out before finalizing it. The breakfast was limited on items and the room could use some minor repairs. But we enjoyed our weekend and the pool was open. That was nice albeit cold water.

I can’t believe this hotel is under the Hilton Umbrella. The rooms have a terrible mildew odor the carpets are disgusting and hair in the bed when I pulled the sheets back. Pool was closed and that info was not provided upon the reservation. The staff was nice but it seems they’ve become accustom to the complaints as they had febreeze on hand as a resolution. So many people are expressing the same concerns. Absolutely do not recommend.

The breakfast was good.we went to this hotel because of the pool and weight room. But this entire room was looked.had to leave early because there was nothing to do with the kids

The property was very not hilton experience, ceiling in hallway had drywall sheet covering holes, carpets in the room was very old, wall paper pealing of the wall in some areas.

Room 115 was a room right off the lobby and breakfast area. There was a weird smell in the room, the molding was coming off the wall, the shower rod was coming out of the wall so the curtain wouldn't stay closed while showering. Not very sound proof at all, heard the people in the hallway plus the kid that was stomping around above us in the next floor. Didn't end eating the breakfast because there were so many people waiting and the food wasn't even being refilled fast enough. Would not book this place again.

I called ahead time to confirm if their pool was open. I was told on the phone it was. Upon arrival I found out it ws closed for the season. Who closes an indoor pool for the season? I wss told we could use the one next door because the 2 hotels were connected. Went to use the pool at the other hotel and it had 13 person limit. The hotel I was guest had bigger indoor pool. Now if both hotels are connected, they why not have the bigger pool open to hold more guest. Made no sense.

The staff was very friendly, however the property was concerning. My first room had a half dead bug in the bed. I was then given a 2nd room that smelled really bad and the AC was blowing out really weak.

We picked this property becuase our granddaughter wanted to swim in the indoor pool. It was not available. The phones did not work. The cable was not working so they came and moved a small box but we had terrible reception and no data in the guide. Breakfast was iced cold. I really wished we had gone to another location.

The TV in room 338 turn on and off continuously. When we arrived we turned it on, and it kept turning off. When we got back to the hotel after dinner, we turned it on, and it stayed on for an hour, and then turn on and off THE ENTIRE NIGHT. It would turn on slowly, and then stay on for about 30 seconds, and then turn off. ALL NIGHT. It was still doing it in the morning the entire time before we left. It was very disruptive -we turned off the sound, but the light would still go on and off as it turned on.

A lot of things out of service - pool, ice machines, vending machines. Seems like the entire facility needs some upkeep. Room had a funky smell, but was otherwise clean. Breakfast was pretty good, but they kept running out of waffle batter (see previous comments RE: needing some upkeep).

When I arrived at the property, I checked in fine, went to the middle of the hotel and access to elevators on the first floor, which reeked of marijuana. Then went down and asked the front desk staff which way was the pool they told me that their pool was broke. I had to walk across the parking lot to another hotel. That was not acceptable if you advertise that you have a pool you should have a pool I have a one year old and I’m not gonna be walking from hotel to hotel in 40° weather while he’s wet after swimming that was my biggest problem with this hotel false advertisement I would not have rented a room from this place if I knew they didn’t really have a working pool.

Had expected more of a Hampton Inn
Room was musty, smelled awful. There was a crowd of people in the hall running around and yelling until 3am…wound up with 2 hours of sleep. Choose someplace else to stay!

Room 302....bed bugs found the next morning. Front desk did nothing. They said someone would call. It's been 6 days... nothing! I've reached out 3 times to speak to someone... nothing!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, NOT TO COMPLAIN MUCH. BUT: THE TUB RAN 24/7. I SAW A MAINTENANCE MAN IN THE HALL. HE SAID IT IS A BROKEN PART AND WAS ON ORDER. I TOLD THE FRONT DESK. I THINK I WAS TALKING TO A WALL. NO RESPONSE. SO THE SPLASHING FROM THE TUB SPOUT WAS ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I HAD TO KEEP WIPING IT UP. I DON'T LIKE WALKING ON A WET FLOOR AT NIGHT HALF A SLEEP . WELL JUST THINK IF I SLIPPED. I AM NOT A HAPPY CLIENT. THE ROOM SHOULD BE BLOCKED OFF TILL IT IS FIXED BEFORE SOMEONE DOSE GET HURT. YOURS GREGG EVANS

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. The pictures that are online are very deceiving online. It looks like it’s very clean and very updated after checking in and getting to our room. We realized that it was not updated. The rooms were very dingy and dark. it was missing some of the trim, and the very noticeable areas, the walls were very dingy and dirty. The light above the shower kept flickering it would not work. It was very loud and you could hear everything the people in the room above and people walking through the hallways. My personal opinion it was not worth $228 a night , so I was very displeased, but had no other choice but to stay there. It was missing the rods to open the curtains. But on a good note, there was absolutely no bugs. The white comforters on the beds looked very old and stained up. I actually went to the store and bought a blanket and stuff to actually sleep with.

The building was run down and falling apart. Peeling wallpaper, cracks that were poorly painted in the headboard of both beds, mold on the ceiling above the shower,and many other examples. We were given no notice that the pool was out of commission which feels intentional. Paying $250 a night to stay there is outrageous. I would not pay $100 to stay there.

It was a alright stay. I was a little bummed out that the indoor pool was down. That was the main reason for booking this so the kids could swim at night when we arrived and after daily activities
