To even get to the hotel you have to go through and EXTREMELY BUSY parking area of a texas roadhouse we sat for 15 minutes waiting for them to find parking so we could even get to the hotel and the hotel parking lot is the ONLY TURN AROUND spot for restaurant traffic too so very busy and noisy and they didn't even have a simple hair dryer

Fantastic place for the price. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The only negative is the limited parking. There are exactly as many spaces as there are rooms, so if any guests bring more than one vehicle, space may run out.

The only issue I had was that the housecleaning laundry carts apparently have metal wheels and are very noisy if you are trying to sleep in a little bit more in the morning.

Nice & clean. Getting around in the parking area was not convenient to drive around to park. Also, the Clarion signage could be better. GPS located hotel or we would have never seen it tucked behind bushes & trees.

The hotel was excellent for the price. Our room was very clean. Because we were in the back of the building, it was also quiet. To get to breakfast area, we did need to go outside and down a flight of stairs. However, the coffee was very good.

It’s not a 5 star hotel. But a solid 4-star motel. Good value in a town that overcharges for lodging. I Appreciated the variety of food available at the continental breakfast. Parking lot is tight - not only in terms and hairpin turns to get out - but they ran out of spaces the second night I was there. (Classic car conventioneers took 2 spaces for their antique roadsters). Room facing the street was a touch noisy, but the AC fan drowned it out

We were there for only one night to visit the Biltmore estate. Was just a short drive to the Biltmore and the hotel was clean. Staff very nice good breakfast. Some previous reviews complained about the road noice, we brought a small fan for white noise and asked for a room in the back. No issues at all! Would definitely stay here again. The turn in can be a little tricky, look for Texas Roadhouse sign and turn in there, hotel is right behind the restaurant.

We were greeted warmly. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Driving up and down the access road was a little tricky due to the steepness of the road. All in all we had a good stay and would stay here again.

My room was on the 2nd floor at the back, so ground level & I was able to park my car right at the door. I could see it being difficult to get out of the driveway, but luckily I left before traffic to the Biltmore Estate started as I was venturing off on the Blue Ridge Parkway

This was a nice hotel with a good location, but don’t arrive at dinner time. It shares a steep driveway with Texas Roadhouse and is difficult to maneuver with so many people coming and going at the same time. On the plus side, our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were able to walk to the nearby Biltmore Village, although walking back we had to navigate a very steep hill.
