« This was a message sent before the trip. I was assured that everything will be cleaned:Good morning I am just now reading some reviews on your property (I know I should have done this before) and noticed the reviews are not very good. The reviews are from 2023...have anything been done to the property since then?I hope it will be cleaned when we get there please. One of the reviews said it not cleaned at all.I would hate to disappoint my family and friends. We are all really looking forward to...

« The host was receptive to us reaching out when we had questions and required help with air conditioning thermostat control. The inside of the cottage was clean, sheets clean and they smelled clean!Great shower, water pressure is good.We were required to burn off the previous renter’s food/sauce on the barbecue, and thought this should be part of the overall cleaning. The cottage was pet-friendly outside of the rib bones found around the fire pit and having a 16lb Westie, this could have proven to...
