What a find! This 100 year old house is indeed a Charmer. There were 6 of us (all women) sharing the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and if worked just fine. The house was clean and we were even left a bottle of wine and some candy. Our host, Alla, was most attentive to our needs, like when the racoons knocked over the outside garbage before we arrived. I sent her a message and within 5 minutes, the housekeeper was there to make sure it was all cleaned up. It is an old house so the floors creak and walls are thin, but it's nothing that should stop you from staying. Just be aware that there are stair to get to the two bedrooms. The location is fantastic! We parked our cars and walked everywhere. Two blocks away is the Cabaret Theatre (which I highly recommend) and just a bit further are the OSF theatres. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance, as is Lithia Park and the Japanese Garden, which shouldn't be missed. This was the first year of our "girl trip" and we hope to come back next year. We will definitely look to stay here!
