« Front desk at check in was great, very nice and friendly. Got to our room (137) - all the way at the end next to the side entrance. Stairwell door is right across from that room door and it slammed often at night waking us up. The side entrance door to the outside is broken and every time a person goes in or out, it stays wide open for anyone to enter all day and night. It needs fixed ASAP. Upon entering our room, everything looked in order and nice, smelled clean. But when barefoot, the floor...

« I would have gave 5 stars because the stay was wonderful, beds are comfy definitely no complaints on that. However the sheets did have a few stains, so did some towels, the floor was a little dirty and something was on the toilet seat. Other than that it was a quiet comfortable stay. »

« I loved the staff. I had a huge issue with my registration and they remained helpful and professional. Once we figured out issue (thankfully I had my email conformation) the issue was resolved.
The breakfast was also good. I wouldâve given all 5s but there was a cat in hotel lobby and Iâm allergic to them »

« The room was very clean. Beds comfy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but kept running out of towels because there were so many people swimming. But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. »
