« The hotel is showing some age. The rooms need painting, especially the bathrooms!!! Don't know how the beds are suppose to feel but they were pretty soft, as if wore out. This was my first time to stay at a Candlewood Suites. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience , but it does need some attention! »

« I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay! »

« Room needs to work. Under the door was a space that small animals could come in places around the room attention for repairs. People were good done the job they needed to do but the rooms need updated. I’ve stayed with y’all four years now this room was the worst. I’ve stayed in. »
