« A lovely motel with a classy rustic vibe, beautifully detailed & maintained. Helpful staff if you need to print something, etc. A continental breakfast. All was good. »

« Disappointed that the pool and spa were out of commission and we went there specifically for a pool. We were too beat from traveling to change. Also dislike that the smoking area is in front of the door… we have a baby, it’s a bad spot at the entrance. Also beds were terribly uncomfortable and stiff. Other than that, staff was great and it was clean. »

« We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was also very close to the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, which made it easy to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again! »

« 너무 좋있어요.다만 아쉬웠던 점은 거미가 몇 마리 나왔었어요. 화장실에는 샴푸가 채워있지 않았어요. 식기는 대부분 깨끗했지만 칼은 설거지되어있지 않았어요. 이런 사소한 청결부분만 제외하고는 너무 좋있어요! 침구도 깔끔했고 바베큐 하는 공간도 장작이랑 다 제공이 되어서 정말 우리가 먹을 음식만 가져가면 된다는게 큰 이점이였어요. 캠핑 느낌은 내면서 대부분의 것들이 갖추어져 있어서 너무 좋았습니다!!!! 그리고 데이터가 안터져요. 그래서 오히려 좋았어요 :) 다음에 또 올거같아요. »

« We did not interact with staff because of our late arrival, early departure, and long stays at the hospital. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Our only displeasure was being right underneath (apparently) a stage that had live music when we were trying to sleep between hospital visits. There was no notice to us that would be happening and nothing that could be done - but to endure. In fairness - the music was pretty good, but we needed sleep so much more. 😌 »

« The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty. I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross. »

« The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future. »

« Breathtaking views. Get the balcony room! Lunch buffet was delicious and well done. Service is fantastic. Water pressure was amazing. Nice hot showers, comfortable beds and pillows. Wish the rooms had a microwave and wish the resort had a pool. There is a microwave available by the ice machine on level 3 though. The hiking and water falls in the area are the best around! »

« The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing! »

« The staff and hotel are wonderful. Work out room is quiet and clean. We stayed in a queen suite for the week, and it was perfect. Enough room for all three of us not to fall over each other or our luggage. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, eggs, egg cheese English muffin, and sausage. They also had waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. The staff was helpful and informative of the area. We absolutely loved our stay. Price was VERY nice for a week stay. « The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was disappointed in the breakfast. There was no fruit, no yogurt or any type of muffins or danishes. When I got back to the room there was no hot water. I got dressed without a shower. As I was leaving I stopped at the desk to let them know I did not have hot water. I was told they found the problem and had it fixed. I would have appreciated some type of discount for not being able to shower but was offered nothing other than an apology. I...
