Two full bathrooms with bathtubs provide added convenience and privacy, stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with stovetops, refrigerator, microwave oven, and all essential dishes and silverware, suitable for preparing everyday meals. The bright living area opens onto a private balcony with city views, offering a relaxing spot for morning coffee or evening downtime. Additional amenities include air conditioning, elevator access, high-speed wireless internet, TV, iron, clothing storage, and a private entrance. Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
