« I checked in Thursday to Monday and the room was never cleaned even after asking the front test to clean the room. No ice machine on my floor which was on the 1st, had to go to 3rd floor for ice. Carpet was dirty n worn and old. It was hard finding staff at the desk. The hotel was dimly lit and felt damp. The inside swimming pool was never available »

« It was very clean and well kept, all the staff were very nice and informative. Answered our questions and were helpful with local restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice coffee set up! Overall very enjoyable, would definitely stay again. »
