« We were a bit confused because on our paper work we recieved at check in it said L8 was the office and that was not the case. Other than that we had a good time. »

« Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime...

« I was shocked at how expensive hotels in Knoxville were but this place was a great choice. Walking distance to lots of atteactions and restaurants. We loved the black pearl in market square. Great historical building. »

« I completely enjoyed my stay at this thoughtfully appointed property. Be aware that it is a 3 floor walk up, which was fine with me. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. The bed was comfortable and there was an impressive array of toiletries available. It was spotless and very cute. Close to everything. I’ll be back! »
