A $600 fine will be charged if the keys are not provided in hand at the time of check out
Please no windows should be opened for any reason, it’s a smoke-free building.
Building’ policy is for guests to contact your host or booking platform and not members of the leasing or maintenance staff
No smoking allowed, No loud noises
Any noise complaints or breaking of any of the above rules will result in an immediate eviction and cancellation of you bookings without any refunds
