Great Condo, Bad Neighborhood

While the property was amazing, and everything worked as expected, the local population was not the best. Numerous times, unauthorized people would get in the building by threatening guests and forcing their way in, and would go door to door testing to see if people left it unlocked. Someone tried my own door five times in one night. At one point during the weekend, one of these people managed to get into a different room, but the occupant was armed and held then at gunpoint until police arrived. It is not a safe or comfortable area any longer, so unless that changes I will have to seek a different building next year.Now if it improves, however, I will definitely be back. It’s very convenient and I never have issues with the condo itself.

Not the best stay

We had to fight bugs, nets the entire time. This was embarrassing because I hired a chef to come and prepare dinner. Someone parked in my assigned parking spot and I was forced to park across the street, costing me additional funds because I was threatened about being booted if I parked in another spot. We were on the 5th floor and the windows did not have a lock on them, very dangerous This is not the experience I wanted my teenager girls to have in the city. Very disappointing. This was a celebration for my 16 year olds birthday and she deserved better.

Traveling with Family

We spent spring break here with my two teenagers. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four….even sharing one bathroom. The location is great if you are touring the city. The noise didn’t bother us at all. It’s just outside traffic. On site parking seemed a bit sketchy at first, but there were no issues. The front desk security was very friendly and super helpful. We would stay here again.

Overall, it was a good stay. I wish there would’ve been more tvs in the room and an extra bathroom.

This was a good property. the apartment was close to the attractions that we came for. We were with in walking distance to the aquarium and skyview, and the drive to the zoo and the Fairbank was not difficult. For my family this location was excellent, if you party, I would not know what to tell you but if you are doing family things, I would recommend it.

location and building overall great. unit itself, looks like in the pictures, nice and cozy but felt like it could have used a deeper cleansing, example, the floor. communication was kind of slow but did get the answers that I needed. but definitely would recommend it and wouldn't mind staying again.

Everything was nice and the location was great. Rooms were larger than expected. Having 6 people we were able to all relax easily in the living room. Hot water and good internet was what we needed after long days out in the sun.

Property exactly as pictured

The property was exactly as pictured. Communication from property manager about check in/check out process, parking, WiFi access, etc was all fantastic. The only down side was the building smelled like weed the whole time and the neighborhood was a little sketchy. The air was also only controlled for the whole building and we couldn't change it, so we were sweating at times. There was also a lack of counter space in the bathroom which was a little frustrating when trying to get ready. Otherwise it was a great rental and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a good stay!

Everything is as pictured. We were able to walk back from the aquarium with no problem. Don't suggest using the bikes or scooters if you are not familiar with Atlanta traffic. Over all our stay was great and easy to find. Felt safe with the check in to building. Was able to keep an eye on our vehicle from the apartment. Would recommend providing more towels. Thanks for everything.
