Letâs start off with a positive, lots of rooms. The rest is not so positive. The moment we walked in the home reeked of cigarettes and cannabis. The walls were filthy black smears from top to bottom; the carpet was worse; there were black stains, in desperate need of removal. The Chairs had stains, so much so we had to put a towel on the seats to protect our clothing. The coffee pot was molded, we refused to take our shoes off to walk on the filthy floors. We did not even lay under the covers for fear of what was on the sheets. It was a terrible, filthy unit and should be renovated and updated ASAP!!!!! I was embarrassed for my guest. And the neighborhood was as so screechy we took turns staying up just to feel safe!
The neighborhood the hoses next to us looked abandoned. One had burnt up trash cans in front. Another had trash cans and mattress and trash in front. The fridge shelfs were broken, the AC only worked upstairs, our room the bed was broken, there was blood or something on our wall. We found a used condom under the bed. Most of the outlets didn't work in the kitchen. That's all I can remember for now
My stay was. Very comfortable I felt like I was at home.Everything was organize. And organized Varia comedating.I loved absolutely everything about this home
The house is quiet, spacious and neat. It is around 20 minutes from Coca Cola factory and aquarium. There are a few minor issues, but the host responses fast and helps to resolve all the issues in a very timely manner. I am very impressed with the host's positive attitude. It is a pleasure stay.
The property was nice and spacious, it was very convenient for my friends and I being close to downtown and the Braves stadium. It has nice furnishings. There were a few issues around the cleanliness, but the hosts are very responsive. I reached out about the issues and they will be working with their cleaning staff to remedy the few issues we had.
My family and I decided to spend Christmas in ATL with my Sister In Law and booked this property. This home is nestled in a quiet older community with easy access to Walmart, Publix, and an array of restaurants. The check in process was great as well. There were a few minor concerns. All of the bathrooms do not have a shower liner and in the downstairs bathroom the shower rod was down when we came and continued to fall throughout our stay! We were there for the coldest weekend and we were unable to control the thermostat, upstairs was nice and cozy but downstairs was freezing. I reached out to the owner who was willing to bring additional heaters if needed and the thermostat was only controlled by him. Unfortunately there is only 1 sofa in the living room area that is worn down so it was hard to accommodate our entire family in one setting. Overall, with small updates this is a great property when visiting ATL!
