The property does not match the listing and has several serious issues that affected our experience. We felt very deceived by the listing based on the actual condition of the property.Upon arrival and throughout our stay, we encountered multiple problems, including:* Broken kitchen drawer and oven* Several non-functioning light switches (especially closet lights)* Missing safety features (no smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm)* Excessive dust and lack of cleanliness throughout the unit* Showers were visibly unclean* Paint condition was poor (including marks like a shoe print on the ceiling)* Missing or broken items (no hairdryer, missing key fob, broken toilet paper holder, missing fan remotes)* Kitchen was not properly stocked or cleaned, and only one broken dish pod was provided* No cleaning products were provided, despite the listing stating that they would be available* The lint trap at the bottom of the dryer is caked with filthAdditionally, communication was limited, which made it difficult to address these concerns during our stay. Questions we asked on Friday night were not answered until Sunday morning, which significantly delayed any potential resolution.We also had significant concerns about safety and comfort. There was constant loitering and heavy foot traffic outside, a strong marijuana odor throughout the area, and excessive noise from neighbors (a party from approximately 12:30 AM to 5:00 AM), all of which made us feel unsafe.
