Welcome to Twin Tides, your private coastal retreat in Atlantic Beach. By reserving both the upper and lower units, you'll enjoy exclusive use of the entire duplex—perfect for large families, multiple families traveling together, reunions, fishing trips, wedding groups, or friends vacationing under one roof.



Although Twin Tides consists of two separate residences, there are no interior stairs or connecting doors between the units. Each level has its own private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and covered front porch, giving everyone space to spread out while still enjoying the convenience of staying together.



When you rent the entire property, all indoor and outdoor spaces are exclusively yours. Nothing is shared with anyone outside your group, including the backyard, patio, outdoor shower, grill, and parking.



Located on the fourth row from the ocean and only a 3–5 minute walk to public beach access, Twin Tides offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

At 34 North Vacations, we believe vacation rentals should feel like a true home away from home. Our properties are thoughtfully prepared, well-stocked, and designed for real stays—not bare-bones rentals.



Unlike many vacation rentals that provide only starter supplies, we've taken care of the details for you. All linens are provided, along with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and everyday household essentials.



We've also stocked the home with beach chairs, beach wagons, and thoughtful extras to help you spend less time shopping and more time enjoying your vacation.



Our goal is simple: arrive, unpack, and start making memories.



Conveniently located in Atlantic Beach, you'll be within walking distance of Island Grille and just minutes from Amos Mosquito's, Oceana Pier, The Circle, shopping, restaurants, bars, and local attractions.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES



Please review the following before booking:



Twin Tides is one duplex consisting of two completely separate vacation homes. When you reserve this listing, you are booking both units, giving your group exclusive use of the entire property.

There are no interior stairs or connecting doors between the upper and lower units. Access between the two homes is via exterior entrances only.

Because your group has reserved both units, no indoor or outdoor spaces are shared with another reservation.

The lower and upper units each have their own kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, and private entrance.

The kitchens are fully stocked for cooking; however, neither unit has a dishwasher.



BOOKING POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION



To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please review the following before booking:



A signed Vacation Rental Agreement and a valid government-issued photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking.

Reservations are subject to the selected cancellation policy and will be strictly enforced. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and will be offered after booking.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

A refundable damage deposit is required.

Twin Tides welcomes up to four dogs total (maximum of two dogs per unit) with prior approval. Pets must be disclosed before booking and are subject to approval, house rules, and a $199 fee per pet. Unauthorized pets are not permitted.

Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring pets so we can confirm eligibility.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must remain with the group throughout the stay.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property.

No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

Guests are responsible for complying with all local ordinances, noise regulations, and community rules during their stay.
