Quick beach getaway

Great location, we have stayed in this complex before. Ocean view. 2 pools. Condo had everything we needed. Must climb stairs to get everything you travel with in and out just an fyi.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Atlantic Beach! Southwinds is a great complex by the beach. We were on the second floor so the view was great! It was very clean and well stocked! We’ve stayed here several times and have always had a great time. The only improvements I would recommend is a new coffee pot and some updates to the furniture in the living room but the mattresses were great and the extra pillows were definitely a plus! Overall it was a great place and would recommend and would stay again!

Great location

The property was in a great location along the Atlantic Beach. It has wonderful beach front view! The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms did get stuffy and warm at night as it seemed like the air flow wasn't that great. The property manager was very responsive and gave wonderful suggestion because of possible storms. Overall a wonderful place to say!

Perfect spot for my family

The condo is exactly what we needed. A few flights of stairs to walk- but great exercise!! Nice sized kitchen, clean fridge and microwave. Every dish, pot, pan, and plastic pitcher you could need. The view is great, although the furniture is very worn. Bring your own 13gal trash bags, all bath towels, and dish drying towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap along with your normal toiletries. The washer and dryer are old and small but do the job as long as it’s a light wash load. The beds were comfy- bring all your own sheets! I couldn’t figure out the television, but with a view like the one here- we didn’t really need it on. The neighbors that live in the condos were extremely welcoming and appreciated that were were respectful of their space. The realtor was REALLY responsive and I knew exactly what I was getting.

Perfect Weather

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the positive side: The unit was nice. A bit small but well maintained. A couple with two kids would be ok, but 4 adults would find it crowded. Great ocean view. Short walk to the ocean. Wide open beaches. No crowds. Area attractioons include the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Sholls and Fort Macon. Adequate shopping and dining. The resort has two pools. Could not have asked for better weather.On the minus side: No elevator, only stairs, but that was only an issue when moving in and out. The wifi is a little problematic. Speed is fine, but, you have to accept Spectrum's terms of use multiple times per day for each device you connect. Once per stay for each device should be sufficient. For a laptop or cell phone it's a small inconvenience. If you bring your own streaming device that is a big nuisance.

The condo is so clean and stocked well with things you need for the week. Loved the addition of an additional bedside table in the master suite! We look forward to rebooking. They double rented so other people came in while we were out

Maintenance men woke us up on the 2nd morning. I called the realty company but got no answer at either phone number. Then a couple came in to the condo while we were out. They had been given a key to stay there at the same time as our rental!!! Realty office did not answer phone calls or emails! They answered one email and said for me to email my concerns! They refused to talk with me! The couple basically said we were staying there illegally! And we did not feel safe staying when we knew they had a key! It was a security nightmare and realty company would not even talk to me! I was very disappointed and scared that our stuff would be stolen or someone would come in while we were gone or sleeping since I knew the other couple had a key!

Amazing sunsets!

Great location. Easy access to the beach, Fort Macon, aquarium, fishing pier, and a quick drive to Beaufort. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawback of our week-long stay was that we needed to rinse/wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans before using them. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful views! Clean!

The best part of F10 was the views and easy access to the beach. Property was clean and well maintained, nicely decorated. Bring all supplies you’ll need: hand soup, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Linens cost extra to rent. The only negative was communication with the rental company. We asked a question before renting and no response was given. We asked a question about extending are stay and it was not answered for over two days and after we checked out.

Anniversary get away

We loved the location of the condo. Amazing Beach views and amazing sunsets. Short walk to the beach. The king size bed in the back bedroom was so comfortable. And the kitchen had all the pans you will need plus toaster, toaster oven, electric griddle and more. We found the Atlantic Grille Restaurant (super close to the condo) and had 2 wonderful dinners, a little pricey but great crab cakes. Visited several breweries. We would definitely like to go back one day

Wonderful and Relaxing Vacation

Our family really enjoyed the location and the view. There weren’t any complaints (even from the kiddos) ALL week! Highly recommended and would definitely return.
