The perfect weekend getaway!

My family of 5 stayed here for a weekend trip. My kids love the beach and Boardwalk and my husband enjoys the Casinos so this was a perfect spot for all of us. Literally steps from the boardwalk and beach...We loved how it was close enough to all the action, yet far enough from larger crowds and lots of noise. Paul and Ashley were detailed and prompt with info about the place and responded quickly when messaged. We would totally stay again!

Weekend away

Our family was away for a basketball tournament at the convention center. It was a quick 7 minute drive away. The rental is really cute and has everything you need. It was clean and convenient. A quiet area of the boardwalk is right behind the property making a great place to get to the beach or take a walk. So many restaurants and things to do in a short drive. Would definitely visit again.

Great location

The place was small and clean with no complaints. When we arrived it was dark and it with all the blue doors it was hard to locate the property. We found it because of the address on the garbage cans. Other than that minor snag the stay was great.

Quite the Spot

Everything from the request to rent to checking out went smoothly. The apartment had everything that my daughter and I needed while on our stay. I was thrilled to learn how close to the boardwalk we were and could stand on the small back deck and view the ocean. Fortunately parking was not an issue at this time of year and we felt extremely safe staying at this property. I appreciated Cozy Cohosts checking in with us. No place is perfect for everyone, but this place was perfect for us.

Amazing family vacation!

This property was perfect for our wide age range of children! Our toddlers loved the cute games and open play space and our teen girls loved the cute look of the place as well as the breakfast island! Parking for one car was great with the permit but make sure you plan to pay for additional cars! Boardwalk is a nice tram ride down and the beach is pleasantly quiet with plenty of room to let the kiddos run free without the worry of too many people from the casinos! Our family of six fit nicely without feeling piled up and loved the kitchen and laundry! Would love to come back and would love to see more properties from hosts!

We overall enjoyed the apartment. Had some detail issues that we chose not to have the inconvenience of interruptions in our short stay. They were things that others or management should have noticed. Parking is clearly explained however fear of loosing your spot makes you wish you brought a bike or scooter for small trips. Hosts (management company) were great at responding and communicating.

Cute place, good value, close to boardwalk

Cute place, comfortable beds, great host neighborhood/location is 50/50. Heading towards the boardwalk/beach @ 1/2 block and walking is nice @ 10-min walk to various restaurants and shops, @ 15-min to a casino or pier. However walking in opposite direction from condo towards town is not very nice, and didn’t look inviting or 100% safe for family. But Atlantic City is spread out and we needed to drive to various locations anyhow. The boardwalk and beach close by was definitely a bonus. We had an issue one night with a gas leak, however the local gas company determined the leak was coming from a neighbor. Hosts were quick to respond and showed up within 5-min. So 5-star on the hosts for customer service and concern of our well-being

Felt like it needs work. The parking was horrible and the road wasn’t plowed so there was 6” of ice on the road. Taking out the trash we almost fell from it being so icy and not taken care of. Felt dirty, especially the bathroom. Beds were not comfortable. Close to boardwalk which is a plus in the summer.

For a long weekend for 2 couples this was perfect! The condo was clean, beds were comfortable. Had lots of nice amenities and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! RIGHT on the boardwalk and we honestly never felt unsafe. Would love to stay here again next summer

Great Stay!

Overall, we’re glad we picked this place as it is closer to the beach, the shopping centers , and casinos. The price point is considerably good, the fact it is upstairs which i dislike about knowing i have kids lol. Also the confusing part was the parking. Though host provided 2 passes free but instruction was vague most especially you checked in past 9pm! If you are a tourist alone and no kids or car with u , its perfect but one thing i missed checking out prior to booking but outaranding check ins and check outs we loved. Thanks for the hosts coordination. Our stay we’re excellent, the ambiance, space and my wife loved the tv in each room😊. Looking forward fo stay here again. Thanks Ashley and Paul S.

7 long years

It was seven years since my last vacation. It's been since I lost my grandmother that I haven't left the state that wasn't work related. We drove down early morning to head over. It was a peaceful day. Everyone was just leaving cause July 4th had ended. I think overall, we picked the perfect spot. The space was clean and I had no issues with it at all. We walked up the stairs and were calmed by the colors of the place, the nice decor and the reminder that this place was ours to rest in for the next few days. It took me and my fiance a day to get use to that fact. We are workaholics. We did our best to make sure the place was clean. Instructions on how to tend to the house were good and easy to follow. Leaving was hard for us because how do we say goodbye to a place that gave us so many memories. We talked and walked on the beach (which is steps away mind you) and no one was around until the weekend and even then it wasn't that bad. We brought our own food to make but the eateries weren't bad either. Def recommend Sugar Factory if for the novelty of it. Seven long years since we had a vacation and we would love to return in a bit less time than that. Thank you for having us and bringing peace to our minds for once week.

My mom and sisters wanted a convenient & quick getaway to spend some much needed time together. We were not disappointed with this property. Steps to the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of options for food. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect!

I would stay with this company over and over again! Clean, well stocked with towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and even kcups for the coffee machine. We had a slight issue when we first arrived, and within 20 minutes of communication, Paul was at the apartment fixing the problem. And not only did he fix the issue, but he stayed an additional 20 minutes giving us recommendations to his favorite local haunts! By far, best service I've had using a site like this!

Atlantic City Trip

We had a wonderful experience at the Beachcrest Property. This was my first time in Atlantic City. I had an idea of what to expect but was not entirely sure. My daughters had a gymnastic meet and we really needed a place to just crash and grab a meal in our down times. This property fit all of our needs. The unit was very clean, freshly painted, new flooring, adequate kitchen, and very comfortable beds. To my surprise It was a quiet area. The owner was very helpful with any questions that I had & was very accommodating as well. They had lots of recommendations of restaurants and activities in the area. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a cozy get away at a more affordable price.
