STOP. DO NOT BOOK. There seem to be 4 hosts. View ok only if you went on the balcony. Too bad if the weather is terrible. One host said ‘this view is what you paid for’. It’s not that great when compared to what the Amalfi Coast has to offer. 250 steps up, Steps rougher than they look. Carry the suitcase or the wheels will fall off. Town square is 58 steps below the road. 616 steps return for cafe or supermarket. Not open after 8pm. Host said with a laugh, ‘you can have a rest now and … have a drink of water’. 19:45 when I arrived after travelling all day. Not funny. No brochures, directions or local timetables. Slept on the sofa fully clothed, cat screaming in the night. Left at first light. Wasted a lot of money as no refund. Wifi password did not work. Finally had a little cellular connection and used QR code. No dinner, no breakfast till I found my way to Amalfi. Are you in a group? Note: main bed is in an open loft visible from the front door. Second bed is in the entry foyer under the loft. Wardrobes are full of blankets, doonas and full garbage bags with ? Bring a cake of soap if you prefer not to use liquid soap at the hand basin. Plenty of lemon orchards, never saw a vineyard as advertised.
