“Sobha” neglects their responsibility to respond. The lack of communication—and continued unresponsiveness—was the primary reason for the escalation, followed by repeated escalations due to ongoing inaction.Frankly, the gesture of compensation feels more like a superficial resolution than a meaningful acknowledgment of the service failure. It borders on dismissive.Please note that I will be leaving a review reflecting my experience. My mother had to seek shelter elsewhere due to inadequate air conditioning, and only after my arrival was the issue verified and resolved.Also the uncleanliness of the property was disgusting outside and inside. (Cleaned ourselves with products bought personally). Outside was embarrassing to be there-overgrown and the dilapidated property in the Neighborhood!Pubic hairs in bathroom sink(pictured). Puke.This situation has been disappointing, and I remain thoroughly unamused.
