« Home needs a lot of TLC. Leaking ceiling and overall shabbiness in the bedrooms. Layout is not as pictured. Lower level king is in a small windowless room instead of in the spacious room by the pool. The backyard was torn up, and the children’s playset in poor condition.We were disturbed by someone walking around the property looking for the owner to move equipment. Insufficient number of bathrooms per bedrooms, but we knew that going into it. heated toilets are very cool, but also very loud....

« Start with the positive: the beds are super comfy and there are lots of bedrooms if you rent upper and lower units. And the view is absolutely spectacular! This place has so much potential with some pretty easy fixes: kitchen is big and gorgeous but very little cups, plates or bowls. The upper bathroom has no shower liner. The primary bedroom is massive but no dresser and nothing on a giant wall. Toilet paper holders are so far behind you, you need to be a contortionist to use them. Couch...
