Enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the Smart TV with Sky TV channels, or simply unwind in the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living area also opens out to a charming backyard, providing a lovely spot to enjoy some fresh air. Air conditioning is available to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.

The open-plan dining and kitchen area is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, making it ideal for families and friends to enjoy meals and time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave , everything you need for easy, home-style meals.

The home features two modern bathrooms, complete with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your comfort. A washer and dryer are also available, making your stay convenient and hassle-free.



Parking

There is also dedicated parking available for your convenience, providing easy and secure access throughout your stay.

For your safety and security, there is an operational camera located at the front of the property. Please note that it is positioned externally and does not monitor or look inside the home, ensuring your privacy during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.



Key Pick-Up: The property is equipped with a digital keypad for easy and secure entry. Access details, including the entry code, will be provided on the day of your check-in.



Parking: Enjoy complimentary access to a secure, designated parking space during your stay.



Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.



Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.



Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 12 x tea/coffee, 6 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.



Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.



Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.



This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
