Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully stocked with plenty of amenities to help you feel right at home. Whether you're visiting family, enjoying a weekend getaway, traveling with the kids, or staying a little longer, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a 55-inch TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and free parking. Families will also appreciate being close to parks, family attractions, zoos, shopping, restaurants, and Raging Waves Waterpark.

We’ve put a lot of thought into the amenities provided throughout the apartment and kindly ask that guests respect the home and its contents so future guests can enjoy them as well.

Sleeping Arrangements

The apartment accommodates up to 6 registered guests.

Bedroom 1:
Queen-size bed, two nightstands, and bedside lamps with convenient outlets for charging electronics. The bedroom also has a 43-inch Smart Roku TV. Guests may log into their own streaming accounts during their stay.

The closet includes hangers and a Pack 'n Play.

Two twin-size beds with a nightstand and lamp featuring convenient outlets for charging electronics.

Additional Sleeping Space:
A queen-size air mattress and bedding are available in the hallway closet. The living room also provides additional sleeping space with the sofa bed.

For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, we ask you not to allow food or drinks in the bedrooms.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking and baking essentials so you can prepare meals during your stay.

You'll find dishes, bowls, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, and silverware for up to 8 people, along with basic cookware and kitchen necessities.

Dining Area

The dining area provides seating for up to 6 guests.

Living Room

Kick back and relax with the 55-inch TV and comfortable living space after a day of exploring the area.

The apartment has window air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and a mini split AC in the livingroom to keep you nice and cool on a hot summer day.

Bathroom

The bathroom is stocked with towels, hand soap, a hair dryer, first-aid kit, and a bathtub plug for guests who prefer taking a bath.

Family-Friendly Extras

Traveling with little ones? We've included a few extras to make your stay easier, including a Pack 'n Play and a child seat that attaches to a dining chair.

The hallway closet also contains extra hangers, blankets, a queen-size air mattress, iron, and ironing board.

Pet-Friendly Stay

We welcome well-behaved dogs, but all pets must be included on your reservation before arrival.

Pet rules include:

Maximum of 2 dogs
Dogs must be under 50 lbs. each
$50 pet fee per pet, per stay — not per night
Dogs must be fully housebroken; pee pads are not permitted
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
Dogs must be crated when left unattended in the apartment
Please do not bathe pets in the apartment
A dog bowl is available under the kitchen sink
No cats due to the owner's allergies
Any other type of pet must be approved prior to check-in

Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests. All guests must be included on the reservation. If your number of guests changes, please update your reservation before arrival.
