Nice house with plenty of things to do for the whole family. When we checked in the house was clean but not the pool. I notified owner and quickly he answered back stating will send someone. But that person showed up the next day, so I cleaned the pool myself in order to use it same day. Hot tub didn't work. The person sent to check, said it was just clogged, and it should work, but it never did. House had over 10 wasp nests outside. The exterminator didn't come until day 3 of my stay. one TV remote was missing, owner ordered one and I got same day. In my opinion, I think it was the property manager's fault for not checking all aspects of the house before my rental and not the owner. Owner should have a talk with his property manager. Still, my family and I enjoyed our stay and had lots of fun. And the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would I rent again this property? yes as long as I know hot tub works and the pool is clean before I arrive.
