Very cute spot on the water, however...
We really enjoyed the cabin, it was very cute sitting on the water (which was VERY low this year). We had some minor issues the first night, maybe consider other areas for holiday weekends...the compound next door to the left (camper and such) held a rave that lasted till 2am. EXTREMELY loud music that bumped for 4 hours. We had just flow in and wanted to get to sleep for an early start at Magnolia Farms Saturday am. It was awful. Music started back up Saturday night but ended by midnight....I'm sure other than a holiday this might be a good spot but it wasnt the best for us due to the raves.

Cutest lake cottage

Super Cozy!
Everything was clean and comfy! Only issue we had is that the tree limbs hang pretty low so we couldn’t put our boat inside the gate. We called for alternate parking in the early evening and didn’t hear back until the next morning. Also the shower head should be replaced as it sprays out of the shower and makes a bit of a puddle outside the shower. We would stay again if we didn’t have our boat with us!

Comfortable cabin
The cabin was an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. The lake level was down quite a bit so it was a 100-150 yard trek from the edge of the grassy yard to the water across some rocky lake bed. You might want to check the water level of the lake before booking/visiting. If you come and the water is down, bring sturdy water shoes and portable chairs. The beach is covered in sharp broken shells. The cabin was very peacefully situated on a gated long approximately acre lot with lush St. Augustine grass and nice shady trees, very private even though there's no fence separating you from the neighbors to the west. Great deck and patio area. Excellent hot water supply and water pressure in the shower! We would definitely stay here again!

Well needed getaway.
The property was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed. Usually within a day I'm ready to go home. Small home but felt very spacious and clean. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend this is the place to be. The only negative would be the shower head, hard to keep the water in the shower.

Perfect Relaxing Vacation
Super clean house, yard, and neighborhood. The property is right on the water allowing you to walk through the perfectly landscaped yard to the shore. Lake Travis is low right now, but still gorgeous. You are within hearing distance of a popular restaurant which has live music that you can hear while relaxing on the back patio, but not from inside. Beach towels, toiletries provided along with common kitchenwares, but no snacks or bottle water. Bed, sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. All in all, a great stay and worth a repeat.

Great property with good view but not for the cold weather.
This is really great property with amazing view. The decor in the home has a nice Texas touch. This property has beach access as well. The check-in process was smooth as per the instructions provided. It was really clean and neat when arrived. This is a really great property for spring & summer vacation when it’s warmer and you can enjoy the water related recreational activities. However, leaving it 3 stars as communication with property manager was horrible. Could not get in touch with them even after staying on call for hours in the morning business hours. Only single half roll of TP was available without any additional TP anywhere ☹️. Also, a section of bathroom wall is made up of metal sheet and it was making the whole bathroom very cold. A loud Heater was available in the bathroom, but we had to time our bathroom trips. So was the problem with AC. VRBO was also not helpful in connecting with the property manager.

Felt Like Home
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Felt more relaxed than I've been in a long time. The home is very cozy and had everything I could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable. Really appreciated that all the windows had curtains or frosting for privacy and the property is also gated for security. Had a smart TV, so anyone can log in with their own account if needed. I would definitely stay at this home again if the needed arises in the future. The view of the lake and beautiful oak trees is lovely and relaxing. Saigon Cafe up the road makes a phenomenal Beef Pho. Thank you so much.

Great Lake Cabin
We loved the cabin and location. It’s on the water and it was fun to walk the shoreline. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space and we did bring a hammock which we read in a previous review so that was excellent advice. We were called by the host a couple hours after check-in to see if there was anything we needed which was very nice. We highly recommend this place!

Bunkhouse charm
This property has a charming western bunkhouse theme. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking meals. There are plenty of movies and games to entertain and outside you have a grill and fire pit. We are used to a much firmer king bed compared to the soft queen bed here. Had some heat issues but the property manager was great and talked us through adjusting it. The shower is poorly designed as far as proper ventilation and accumulating water. However, we enjoyed our stay and thank our hosts.

Mini Vacation
Went for a three day mini vacation with my husband. We were more than happy with the property. Easy to follow directions for check in and the pictures on the site are accurate. We were welcomed by a nice clean smell and upon further inspection (because I am OCD like that) the house was extremely clean. The house is well stocked with all kinds of amenities. We had brought stuff with us just in case we needed it such as matches, paper towels, towels, etc. Never had to use anything! The pantry has some spices and a few cans of soup. Sugar, coffee, and creamer were in the pantry as well. Looking through comments we also took bed sheets since a few posts stated theirs were “itchy” and/or “rough”. We did not need to use ours since the bed was more than comfortable. CD’s, cards, games, HBO Max, and books were all in the shelves with the TV, which was a nice thoughtful touch. The outside shed had pool noodles for the lake, massive fans with extension cords to sit on the back patio in comfort, volleyball equipment, and many many other things. The refrigerator has been replaced so comments about a poorly working fridge are now moot. The bathroom was amazing! The bathroom is oversized. Plenty of room for your stuff. The shower stall is massive and when we say the water pressure was intense, it was intense!! I was expecting weak water pressure like at a hotel…. boy was a wrong. It felt amazing after a long day at the lake when you are covered in sunscreen, bug spray, sweat, and dirt. Great hot water too! There is an outside shower, with privacy walls however we did not use it so I cannot comment on it. There were soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in both showers for convenience. The only thing that I would have to say needs improvement, is the furniture. All the furniture seems older and the drawers on the dressers were unsteady. The couch is not one to just lay on and relax. Just seems like it needs replacing. But all in all, we were happy and impressed. We would definitely stay there again!

Clean and perfect for individual or couple
This house was perfect in many ways- very clean, kitchen had what I needed, bed was comfortable, and it was on a beautiful lot by the lake. The only frustration I had was lack of communication of relevant information upon check in and arrival. Usually when I arrive at a rental home, there is a notebook or something let by the owner as an orientation to the home, property, and surrounding area. There was none of that provided, and no information about property boundaries or lake access, and no one local to contact with questions. I also was not given the home security system code, which I needed to utilize the security system during my stay.

Great cabin for 2! Lovely updated and comfortable.
Our short stay was just what we needed in this well maintained and updated small home. We didn’t need it much, but the refrigerator is not working as stated in previous reviews. It needs repair or replacement.

Really good Lake Travis location
The property is very well kept, and the decoration and vibe of the cabin is really well done. Great bathroom / shower, common areas are really good, lots of amenities to enjoy, and close to the lake and a good number of marinas. A couple bars, a liquor store and some neat restaurants are a couple minutes away. All needed kitchen appliances and utensils you would need, plus enough basic consumables for a short stay (paper towels, soap, toilet paper and the sort). Both TVs in the unit can be used to link your own personal accounts (one is a Roku one an Apple TV). The one thing I would recommend (and the reason I did not give 5 stars but 4), is to replace the refrigerator as it did not really work. I knew this before hand so I took a small portable unit to keep my drinks and perishables cool. Also, not the fault of the site, I took my inflatable boat, but due to the lake levels taking it down from the cabin to the lake would have been a bit of an ordeal, so I tried my fishing from the shore. But, I did not want to trespass on someone elses property so I waded in the lake itself instead. Caught nothing, but saw fish - I am just not a great angler and the structure by the cabin is probably not the best for fishing - I avoided fishing towards the marina area being overly cautious. At any rate, this is a great place to relax and has all the comforts one needs. Beautiful view of the lake and with a ton of marinas around if you need that sort of thing. If they fix the fridge issue, a 5 star for sure.

Great little getaway!
My husband and I stayed for our 33rd wedding anniversary and just wanted some much needed quiet together time. Although it rained while we were there, we sat and listened to the rain and had a very relaxing weekend. (I was disappointed we weren’t able to have s’mores at the fire pit because of the rain....but that was the ONLY disappointment)

Very clean and pretty. The backyard is wonderful. The house could use a dishwasher. And because it’s on the lake there are a lot of small bugs in the house at night around the lights. It needs better extermination.

We enjoyed our stay at the West Beach cabin. The space was cozy and well stocked. Lake access is nice as we brought our own paddleboards and was able to get on the water very easily. Only issue is we had some pre check-in questions we sent in and never got responses for. Other than that we loved our stay and will stay again.

Wonderful getaway, quiet and cozy
The property was very well maintained and scrupulously cleaned. It’s near the marina but set far enough back that I didn’t hear any noise unless I was at the water. Only place in the area with a walkable slope down to the beach, great for the mobile but disabled. Heard an owl at night and saw other wildlife during the day. Wish I could have stayed longer.

This was such a cute cabin, with a lovely view of the lake! Fully equipped kitchen as described, and was in such a pretty area! Was my first time in Austin, it was definitely worth the trip! Would recommend staying here to anyone! Such a lovely trip!

Such a Beautiful Cabin!
We had such an enjoyable stay! The cabin is so charming and clean. And we loved that the lake was such a short walk across a lush green yard, shaded with trees. We found that our cabin was exactly like the pictures. We truly hope that others will give it a try!

A nice location
The rental property looks just like the picture. Great location to the lake it’s literally right outside. The cleaning could’ve been better. There was a empty tissue roll on the floor large dead bugs under the curtain when they were moved and cleaning items left out. I understand they might have been in a hurry though while cleaning checkout time is 11 and has to be ready for the next guest at 4. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This place was just as advertised, very clean with amazing view of the lake and easy access to the water. One of the breakers in the kitchen was tripped when we got there, but management was very responsive in helping us find the breaker box. Everything seemed well stocked with spare everything, not stingy at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location and place
My mother and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. The place is clean, nicely decorated and spacious. We loved the proximity to the water and the back deck. Check-in was easy and I would definitely go back here again. I actually wanted to book more days, but there wasn't availability anymore (waited too long). The only suggestion I would have is for there to be lounge chairs on the deck, but there were plenty of other chairs to use.

Good location
Good location. It is right next to the marina that has live music on the weekends which is great unless you want quiet. There’s definitely not three designated parking spaces which is fine if you only have one car. Great space for two people. Has all the basics. The tv in the bedroom wouldn’t connect to anything. Judging by the amount of dust I don’t think it’s rented out a lot.

Thank you for staying with us! There is a long driveway here that can fit three vehicles. There is no cable in this home, but both TVs connect to the internet if guests have their own streaming accounts to log into. We are surprised to hear you found dust in the home as it was thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. We will do a closer inspection.

Pretending to be lake people!
This house is adorable. You can walk right from the perfectly decorated and comfy indoors to your own private beach! Lots of chairs to. Goose from and views in all directions. The marina literally across the lake next door provides a festive atmosphere and we rented a waverunner to explore the lake. This place was decorated to the finest of details. Adorable and a perfect chance to see the area.
