The Space:
Artist Retreat at Cypress Creek is located north of Austin in the quiet, safe, and established neighborhood of Cedar Park. You'll be getting both a great and convenient location and a relaxing abode to retreat to.

Centrally located 15-20 minutes to major Austin employers, 15 minutes to Lake Travis, 20 minutes to the Domain, where you can shop for anything and everything, and eat at some phenomenal restaurants.

You’re steps from all the fun of Austin while enjoying the private pet-friendly space with a large fenced backyard, across from a park and playground.

This family-friendly 3 bedroom/2 bath is ready to be a part of your Austin story!

Bedroom Details:

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, large windows overlooking the back yard, and a 58 inch 4K TV w/ a large private bath and soaking tub
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and vibrant tapestries
Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed w/ a full-sized top and bottom and 2 arcade machines

We also have a full sized couch that can comfortably fit one person. There are extra sheets, blankets and pillows provided.

Guest Access:
Guests will be given a the door code to access the property on the day of check in.
The house and all the amenities are fully yours to enjoy anytime you please.

When it's time to venture out, you'll find yourself just minutes away from everything the Cedar Park and Leander areas have to offer. From grocery stores and shopping to live events and entertainment, there's always something exciting to discover. And with the Domain just 20 minutes away and Austin's famed music and film festivals within easy reach, you'll have endless options for adventure.

****IMPORTANT****

PLEASE read through the house rules carefully. It is very important that you read, understand and adhere to the rules.

We have 2 ring cameras on the premises. One is at the main doorway and the other one overlooks the back yard. The camera are on the premises for your own safety and security.

No guest other than the ones indicated in your group are allowed on the property for whatever reason.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED AT ALL INSIDE THE HOUSE. If you want to smoke, you are allowed to do so in the back yard patio. Please dispose on any cigarette butts safely in the outside trash can. DO NOT throw butts onto the yard.

Check-in time is 3pm. Checkout time is 11am.

Pets are allowed, HOWEVER, please make sure to wipe paws before climbing onto any of the furniture. Please use the throws provided under your pets as to not dirty any of the furniture.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY. Please respect the community and keep the noise level to a minimal after 10pm.
