Lots of deer
Weâll start with the positives: owner was responsive to questions and concerns; location was a short walk to The Island where we could watch the sunset over the water. Beyond that it was, sadly, a disappointment. The front yard/entry was overgrown so the entry path wasnât useable. The house itself is dated and shows obvious wear, and hadnât been used in a while. There were clumps of dust in the corners, burrs in the carpet, old, mismatched, dirty dishes & glasses and so much mold in the master shower it was unusable. Lights were missing bulbs, there were flickering lights in the entry, the master bed was horribly sagging & creaky, there were only 2 bath towels & 2 very flimsy smaller towels, no hangers anywhere, the appliances need maintenance, the outdoor furniture was too dirty to use & the backyard was not as pictured. Overall, the experience was not nearly worth the price.
