« The neighborhood was quiet with older homes. I liked the location which was close to everything. We came for a conference and brought our family for a mini vacation. The house is older with charm but could use some updates such as painting the bathtub and fixing the drainage issue. Some of the kitchen floor tile needs repair and the torn up chair in one of the bedroom could be removed or replaced.
