« A nice pet friendly place to stay. There is no fenced area so will have to use a leash since you are right on the highway. Close to town and easy access to explore the area. Bring earplugs as the coal trucks run the highway all night. Great communication with host. »

« We LOVE the Polkadot Cottage! It is truly our home away from home in Price. I feel like some helpful into is to know before booking is that it IS on a main road so there is traffic noise of big trucks going by etc. Other than that Natalie is the perfect Hostess, always good to communicate with. The beds are all very comfortable. There has been shower toiletries available when we have stayed. I suggested a full length mirror last time and VIOLA! There one was this time! :) »

« I really enjoyed the house and my stay. It has a lot of thoughtful furnishings and everything I needed to feel like I was home. Easy check in/out, there is helpful info at the house, and had good communication with the manager. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some dirt roads nearby that are nice for a walk/hike. One of the neighbors sells Greek yogurt and granola that I’d recommend. I slept well at the house and the bed was comfy. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it. »

« This place was perfect for our extended weekend. It was clean and comfortable. We were there for the Palisade Bluegrass Festival, which was an easy 15-minute drive up the road. We will likely want to stay here again next year! »

« Great house and location. Beautiful views of the Monument from the living room kitchen. The house felt brand new (and probably is?). Very quiet location not near the highway, and our kids had a large pasture to run around and play in. John and Janie are fantastic people and we enjoyed them. The massive fridge was able to hold all our Palisade peaches too! »

« We stayed from a quick weekend, house was clean and as advertised. Owners communicated with me throughout the day so I knew we were ready to go as soon as we arrived to town. Location is great, close to Arches and restaurants/shopping close by. Even comes with a little neighborhood cat that greeted us every morning. »

« This rental was perfect. Maybe two blocks off the main road through town, which made it perfect to travel by foot to restaurants, shops, etc. It's also located next to a great walking/biking trail. The home itself is comfortable and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay including a hot tub which was perfect for dipping in every afternoon after hiking/biking in November. Highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Moab who wants to be close to town! »
