« Ive said it before and i will say it again and again the pear tree in is a true lttle gem. It was our third visit and it was just as lovely, we stayed in the moon glow accommodation which was fab as usual, i cannot recommend this place enough, lovely setting, lovely cosy bar area lively food and lovely staff. We will keep going back - thank you for a great break away »

« The bedrooms have good facilities which adds to comfort, ie comfortable bed, Roberts radio, iron and ironing board, cafetière for your coffee as well as choice of teas. Large bathroom with good shower which was powerful and hot. We had dinner at the hotel and even though the food was okay, the service was slow. The staff were very apologetic but there were large parties in for dining and there are not enough waiting staff to cope. »

« Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions. »

"Our room was modern and clean. Nothing to complain about in terms of facilities. The staff at reception were friendly and professional. The only downside came from the restaurant manager: his non-verbal manner was very aggressive and condescending, as was the tone he used. We had simply pointed out the inconsistencies in their discount with Tesla. He also seemed shocked that two men were sharing a room. Shame, otherwise it would have been a perfect stay. "
