Everything was easy about renting this property. Christian, the management representative was exceedingly helpful in answering or researching any question I had. The condominium is great, very large, three nice bedrooms. No complaints.

Nice Summer Spot
We enjoyed our stay in mid-August. We had 4 adults and two children with us and the space was just right. Check-in was a little confusing, but Christian was very helpful and available to walk us through a few questions we had. The property is centrally located. The base was an easy walk and it took just about 10 minutes to get there. Lots of shops were open to look through, outdoor pop up concerts at the base were great to listen to and all the restaurants were open but required reservations which were hard to come by. Plan ahead for dinner! We did not get to visit the property's pool as it is under construction but there is a hot tub just down the hallway out the door which was nice for the pre-teen kiddos.
The property is on the 1st level facing the street, BUT the traffic is really low and there was a LOT of trees and plants to give you some privacy to leave the windows open. It gets hot with them closed so we used the 4 or 5 fans supplied to try and blow air in from the windows. It worked out fine. Being on the first level was also nice so that we didn't have to carry all of our gear up the stairs. Overall a great stay. We will certainly come back.

Very nice; great comfy beds, very clean, spacious.
Only downside was we had to get in the car to do anything. Nothing within walking distance: no shops, no restaurants, coffee shops. ( It was the off- season so maybe that had something to do with it.) Would be a great ski location had it been winter.

Great location near Beaver Creek village. We were able to ski down to the lifts in the morning. The condo was clean and the property owner was in constant communication with us to make sure our stay was perfect.

Literally ski-in, ski-out, right to the door of the condo complex. Just gotta figure out how to catch the correct trail, Highlands Skiway. Comms with property manage were perfect. Only issue was there is ski storage requiring a key, which we didn’t have.

Great property, great location, great manager!
Within minutes of booking the condo, Christian (property manager) called us to confirm everything. The condo is a great location - walk down the hall to put your skis on. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. We had some questions about checking in / parking upon arrival and Christian was very responsive. There was no shampoo / conditioner and the he delivered them upon request. We would definitely book this again - great memories! Thank you!

Nice Getaway
Property was just as shown in pictures. Spacious and comfortable. Parking in garage was nice. Property owner was quick to respond to all requests. A summary sheet of WiFi code, and check-out instructions, etc... In the unit might be helpful but Chris was always avail to assist with questions and even provided biking/hiking recommendations. We had a great stay!

Spacious but needs some attention
Our check in process was not ideal. No key was left for us in the lock box. Fortunately the property manager said we could take the maintenance man's key to get into the property. But as a result it meant sitting outside for about 30 extra minutes. The condo is very spacious and nice, but needs some attention. The sheets were stained on the master bed and the bed overall is very uncomfortable - new pillows and linens would make this a better experience. When you flush the toilet in the master bedroom it makes a sound like a barking dog - no joke it was so odd. So that probably needs some attention. Disappointed that there was no hand soap or shampoo (although I realize many VRBOs don't have shampoo/lotion - soap in the era of COVID would have been nice). For a three bedroom unit it really is pretty skimpy on towels (only one hand towel in the master) and only had two dinner plates for a 3 bedroom condo - again pretty skimpy! With just a little extra attention this condo would be really nice - new linens are a must for this place!

Wonderful stay! Christian the property manager was a 10 plus. He is an excellent communicator, well organized and addressed our concerns about a few things the kitchen was in need of. The place was immaculate and the amenities of the pool and hot tubs were 5 stars. Loved that we could easily walk to the village, ski lifts or hiking trail. Our family of 8 enjoyed loved everything about Beaver Creek and how the property was managed. It is a perfect spot for a family vacation. Thanks again, Christian for being so attentive.

GREAT LOCATION
We loved staying at this property, it has a pool and great location. The property was very clean. Front desk staff and Christian were very helpful with check-in assistance. The free shuttle was also great for dinner rides. We would love to stay here again!
