« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

« The room was very hot. There was only a thick duvet on the bed, so if you’re like me (I need to be covered when I sleep) it was extremely uncomfortable. Also, no fans provided to cool down the room. A second issue were the toilets. « Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »

« This is a hotel that is staffless, and has no front check in desk. It totally relies on technology for checking in and out, and that is a problem in an area with weak Wi-Fi. I would not stay again. We had a problem when we arrived with not having sheets, pillows, and blankets on a pull out bed gor my granddaughter and it took several hours of trying to contact a live person to get them to come to the "hotel", and fix the issue.
