« We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you »

« The pension is conveniently located for exploration of the area by car. My room was clean and the property is well maintained. The reception desk representative is not present in the building. You have to communicate with them via SMS, email, WhatsApp. This involves check in and check out. Upon my arrival I had to send them a photo of my national ID to receive a PIN for opening the entrance door and my room. »

« The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody...
