Nido Escondido is a private luxury estate comprising a main residence and two beautifully appointed guest houses, together accommodating up to 14 guests. Designed for both privacy and togetherness, the estate offers layered living spaces, breathtaking ocean views, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow.

The main house features a sumptuous master suite complete with a private plunge pool, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and dedicated office space. Two additional en-suite bedrooms complete this level, one of which includes its own kitchenette ideal for added independence.

At the very top of the home sits “the Nest”: a light-filled outdoor sanctuary furnished for relaxation and perfectly positioned to take in the sweeping views and natural beauty surrounding the estate.

The primary living level offers refined communal spaces, including a guest half-bath and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, wine fridge, ice maker, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, and generous prep space. The kitchen opens into an elegant dining area seating up to eight guests, and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. A balcony extends the living space outdoors, featuring a barbecue area with seating, ideal for relaxed entertaining.

On the lower level of the main house, guests will find additional covered lounge and dining areas designed for all-weather alfresco living, complete with a firepit and cocktail preparation counter. A spacious gym area is also located here and can be effortlessly transformed into a private cinema using the provided projector. There is another half bath located on this level. The main house is fully accessible via elevator.

Outdoors, the estate is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens, a serene pool area, and uninterrupted ocean vistas that define the Nido Escondido experience.

The two guest houses, located on the lower level, each feature two en-suite bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with twin beds along with a kitchenette, dining table, and comfortable living space. For added privacy and convenience, both guest houses have independent access through their own electric gate, separate from the main residence.
