« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set!
Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Our bathroom either didn’t have an exhaust fan, or it was broke. We had to keep our AC at 65 or colder to keep the humidity out. Our shower drain was clogged so we had to shower in standing water. »

« The property was very nice and clean. We stayed 4 nights and every morning the free breakfast was different, fresh and good. The ladies that prepared it were extremely friendly. Stephen the maintenance man was always friendly and always stopped to say hello and get to know you.
They were not fake, they did care. »
