This home offers a large oceanside dining room and kitchen, with marble island, and seating for eight.
Having been a chef in a previous career, the kitchen is the real deal. And the coffee station is over the top.
But sorry, no carbon knives. Too high maintenance for vacationers. But by special request of course, along with anything else special you and your guests may require.
Nearby is the oceanside living room with gas fireplace and lots of comfy seating. Both rooms are lined with continuous windows and open to a deep covered deck that spans the length of three sides of the house. This allows for seating for sunset and sunrise over the water.
There is also a lower covered patio/deck that spans the lower dock side of the house, accessed by the lower bedroom and TV room.
Also accessed by stairs from the upper decks.
Also on this same main kitchen and living room floor there is a separate office with 78"X40" daybed for that ninth person. Being that the house is surrounded by ocean on two sides, the office has a great view as well on the sunset side, along with French doors to its own deck.
Half bath available on the main floor.
Downstairs there is a large ocean side bedroom and TV room with a wraparound couch and large Oled TV. The bed is a king that may be pulled apart to make two twins, and en suite full bath with walk in shower.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with king sized beds. Two share a bath, and the primary has an en suite full bath with large tub. All mattresses are new, high end and firm. No memory foam!
Also on the top floor, there is a washer and dryer. Please use minimally as like all of Harpswell, we are on a restricted well. important: We ask that none of the house towels or sheets are washed. We send those out to protect the well level.

All five sleeping rooms have high end quiet ceiling fans.
Parking for up to three or four cars is available in the driveway. Please do not park for any length of time in front of the house. There are two houses past this one and they need to get by on the narrow road.
