Hotel Bakshi Ka Talab

« The stay had a few disappointing aspects. The room had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times. Room service was also quite slow — even for basic requests, we had to call two or three times before receiving any assistance. « Food choices were great, special dishes of lucknow like galoti kabak and sharifa ki kheer were available. chef is very knowledgeable in ayurvedic dishes. Huge garden and property, enjoyed evening walks. »

« Good location, quick check in, friendly and helpful staff during buffet breakfast and diner in the restaurant.. »

What else? »

« Clean room, good staff, »

« Good hotel. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past three years and it’s keeping its good quality and standards. However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. Also the buffet is nice, but it lacks of innovation as every evening it used to be more or less the same food. »
