Hotel Ballabgarh

« On arrival the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned. A comment was made to the duty manager and things were cleaned perfectly. The staff even made a Ganesh elephant from towels. A very nice gesture. In the restaurant, Tavleen was very gracious and polite. At the end of our stay, I was asked if I could be in a group photo (no problem) and I was presented with a smiling face pancake. It’s the little things that make a difference. »

« Breakfast was excellent, with great variety, fresh food and good presentation. Special thanks to Chef Ajit and the kitchen team. The rest of the staff were also courteous and attentive during my stay. One area to improve is the coffee lounge area. Service was slow, and I waited for almost 20Mins to even place the order. »

« Very Nice Property, Fully Clean rooms, staff is very good , delicious food Love to stay here »

« Good for couple and business trip. The clean and comfortable room »

« chambre propre, bonne position petit dejeuner copieux »

« Hotel was clean, well maintained, easy check-in, staff showed good behaviour. Seamless stay, with proper basic amenities generally required during stay. »
