« The manager Dawn was amazing and very helpful with accommodating us. This was our first time at Putin Bay, and we will be back and staying at this lodge. The whole staff was very kind. The bartender was amazing. I love the whole set up. When we got there, our Golf cart was there and we got to use that. And Dawn put our stuff in the conference room until her room was ready. So we got to enjoy the day. What a blessing our stay was. Thank you. »

« The staff was friendly and helpful. The room could use some updates. Water pressure was superb, but the curtain kept clinging to me. Very aggravating. Also, the in room coffee was terrible. The packaged creamer was crunchy. The room was sufficient for a 2 night stay and in a great location, but probably would not stay there again. « They have two buildings there I stayed in the exterior building because I had my dog with me. It’s great that they’re able to accommodate dogs of all sizes and breeds. However, the hotel room rooms in the other building are much nicer. They’re also larger. On the second day we were there. I guess they had some kind of electric issue with the hot water tank and we had no hot water. They did accommodate us by allowing me to take a shower in the other building in a different hotel room. « Every room is a suite, but prices vary, and the staff is young. They need a checklist to make sure each room has what they need (shampoo, cups, A/C on…) It’s Pretty around the pool and hot tub was big. I like the mile walk to town in the morning when it’s quiet and calm next to the lake. The entire island is relaxing with great restaurants, yummy perch and walleye bites at the Village Pump. I would return in a minute. Looking forward to going again. »
