« Friendly, helpful staff, especially the manager at the restaurant Mohammed. Would be great if the gym opened earlier as I like to gym before breakfast but it only opened from 11am. And also, the shower only had enough hot water for about 15mins and it wasnât enough to shower my whole family. So we had to wait at least half an hour for more hot water. »
"If you want to market your hotel as a 5 stars, make sure your key pads work, make sure you can have hot water in the shower, make sure your AC system is modernised so people can actually sleep with the AC on (very loud), make sure your coffee machines work.... I can go on but I think people will understand. You're simply not quite ready yet"
