« Coffee maker didn't have the coffee tray and the replacement i asked for didn't fit. The TV clicker looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom floor had crud around the edges. Behind the nightstand (i needed the outlet) was a plastic fork and really dusty. That outlet was the only one that was tight enough to hold a plug in. One room that was visible from the front first floor parking lot had shredded curtains hanging. The room smelled like old smoke. »

« As a world traveler and a professional clinician, I've never felt so unwelcome or judged. Front staff had horrible attitude. Brutal service, like I was doing the most severe injustice by checking in and paying them. Judged because I had a service dog. The room was very broken down. Truly disappointed. »

« Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast! Friendly and service oriented innkeeper!! I didn't use the in-room jacuzzi because I didn't have time, but it looked very inviting--and I will try it on my next visit. »
