This place is awesome! We had a great time. The only issue I had was it was advertised to sleep 20 and pet friendly. There were additional fees imposed the day before we left for our trip for pet deposits and additional guests. We did not have 20 people, so I did not understand why there would be additional fees, and I had listed two dogs when I booked the place. It turned out that two guests in our party couldn't make it, so they said they waived that fee. We ended up with five adults, four teenagers and two dogs. I had to pay an additional 90 the day before we left. I was not pleased with that part of it, and have not experienced that before with Vrbo. Nonetheless, I paid the fees, and we had a great time. There are other people who reside in the shop on the property. Might be the owner or caretakers, but they did not bother us during our stay. Also, there is a gas stove and two fireplace units.. None of these units are in working condition which was disappointing. There are plenty of cool things about the house though... a foosball table, air hockey table, games and two livingroom areas to gather. Our family is musical, so we all sat around in one room and played instruments and sang. The bedrooms are nice, and there are plenty of beds. There are three full bathrooms which was great for a large group. There is an outdoor area where you can build a fire which we took advantage of during our stay. The property is very private and located in a nice area not far from town.
